What to include
- The email address you signed up with.
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead.
- For a specific application, the job title and company.
- Any error message you saw, and roughly when it happened.
Never send passwords, including job-site passwords, by email. We will never ask for them.
Data and privacy requests
You can export your data or delete your account yourself from Settings. For anything else, such as erasing data sooner or questions about how it is processed, email us from the address on your account. Our Privacy Policy explains what we hold and why.
