Terms of Service

AutoApply AI helps you search for jobs, prepares CVs and cover letters tailored to each job from the information you provide, and submits applications on your behalf. By default, applications wait for your approval before they are sent; if you turn on auto-submit, you authorise the agent to send applications it prepares without further review.

We may change, add or remove features, including which job sites are supported, as the service develops.

• You must be old enough to work and to enter into this agreement where you live.
• Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

• Accuracy. You are responsible for the accuracy of your CV, profile, screening answers and anything submitted in your name. Tailoring rewords what you provide; it does not verify it. Review what the agent prepares.
• Job sites’ terms. When you connect a job site or let the agent apply through one, you are responsible for complying with that site’s terms of use, and you confirm you are allowed to use your account there in this way.
• Your credentials. Only connect accounts that belong to you.

You agree not to:

• submit false, misleading or someone else’s information, or impersonate anyone;
• use the service to spam employers or apply in bulk to roles you would not accept;
• probe, overload, reverse engineer or bypass the security, rate limits or usage caps of the service;
• use the service for anything unlawful or to infringe anyone’s rights.

You keep ownership of your CV and other content you provide. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

We do not guarantee that you will receive interviews or offers, that any listing is accurate or still open, or that every application can be submitted automatically. Some applications may need you to finish them by hand.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for the acts of employers, job sites or other third parties. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service, other users or third parties at risk, and will tell you why where we reasonably can. What happens to your data when an account is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms. For material changes we will update the date above and give notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use AutoApply AI after that means you accept the updated terms.
